When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but by the end of the day, when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) Cert. ID# 3920458. ISSA is an NCCA/DEAC Internationally Accredited Institute. The National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) and The Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC) accredits our exams and practices. I assess someone’s fitness level and goals to customize effective results-driven exercise programs that are individualized to fit clients. I understand the essential components of anatomy, exercise technique, human movement, basic safety, and emergency procedures for exercise professionals. As a CPT through ISSA, I am able to educate clients when it comes to nutrition, diet trends, and supplementation. I also personal train with groups of clients, in the form of small group training. I use knowledge of human motivation and psychology to enhance the behavior change for clients and help create long-lasting change.
